Pros: Just purchased my cisco wireless, have yet to see how well it performs. Hope it doesn't break because it's not possible to get any warranty from cisco
Cons: Absolutely no support exist for cisco product. After purchasing this router I created an account at cisco website to register for the warranty. Everytime you want to register your product, the site ask you to log in (even though you are already logged in)
Summary: Buy this product at your own risk. Good luck if you try to get any support from Cisco. Even their customer service rep don't know where to transfer you. They will keep bouncing you from phone number to phone number. From Cisco to Linksys and back to Cisco. Some rep even gave me a list of phone numbers and asked me to try them all out to see if any of those will help. Also every time you get transfered (in my case 7 times), cisco will ask you all you information all over again (name, model, serial number) just to tell you later they cannot help you.
