I couldn't agree with you more. This product is absolutely awful; but technical support is even worse. It is by no means plug-and-play. After 13 days, 7.5 hours of working with Level 2 technical support on two separate calls, three reference numbers, having windows on two computers get corrupted, no one returning phone calls from level I support after leaving 3 messsage with promises to return calls within 24-48 hours, I?m finally giving up. Reading about this product further it appears that even if I got it to work, a power outage or a brownout would cause the entire setup to get corrupted again requiring to have to go through this all over again. It's not worth anymore time.
