Seems to work for person upstairs.
Cons
Even using a cable to it, this slows down to the point of being almost useless numerous times a day. I have to unplug it 3-4 times a day.

Cheaply made and does not work. Don't bother calling DLink support either. They are a complete joke. Took 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then it took them another 1 1/2 hours and 2 levels of support to determine what I already knew: That is wasn't working. What a waste!!!
