"Horrible Customer Support"
Pros: Plenty of Features
Cons: Setup was a mess
Summary: I purchased this router, because it had the most festures available at the store I visited. USB port for storage, gigabit connection...etc. Ran the setup as instructions provided, but it would not recognize my connection (sattelite...live in rural East San Diego County.) Tech support was horrible. I spent 3 hours over 2 calls with techs with subpar english skills (they claim their call center is in Fountain Valley CA. My money is on Bangladesh...either that or they import their techies.) After the first call, I was let go with no wireless set up and limited internet connectivity. After the second call, I was let go with no working internet and no wireless. I was advised to call my ISP...so sad too bad. I had to get my internet connection up on my own. I took the router back and bought the Lynksys WRT350N. I set that up and was running in 10 min...No hassles...NO problems...No dropped connections...Great range.
