Pros: it has a guest and a primary connection
Cons: terrible customer services, to get any help; they will charge you for 60 buck for the basic service and 150 for the "premium". I wanted to support a Canadian company but i guess not this one any more.
Summary: Their customer service was really bad, we had this for less than a year and apparently on their "record" its past the warranty. Call them and they hung up on me, called them the second time they left me on the line for over 25 minutes and had transferred me to another representative. The wireless portion of the router dies after 8months and we're forced to either buy a new one or get their ($60 for 3day step by step troubleshoot or $100ish for a 6 months one.) ridiculous. I can could a new one with that pricing.
