"Disappointed with this router. Very Buggy."
2.0 starson by sumguyinfl18Pros: 2.4 GHZ frequency works well and is solid.
Greater range!
Easy to set up.Cons: 5GHZ frequency is full of problems just like the article states. Iphone 5 and Macbook both constantly lose the connection even with full signal. Very frustrating!!!
User interface is buggy and freezes up randomly when updating settings.Summary: Half of the routers functionality works great. The 5GHZ side is completely unusable. I like the functionality of the router and what its potential is. I just hope Cisco can get the firmware figured out soon so that the router is fully functional. I am debating on returning this router unless Cisco releases an update ASAP.
Well there have been three firmware upgrades in the past month. Glad to see Linksys realizes their problems and is actively trying to fix the router.
I would not recommend buying this router until Cisco can release new firmware that fixes the 5ghz issues and makes the user interface more stable.
This CNET review is dead on in accuracy. Glad the article came out today as I was going crazy all weekend to figure out why I was having connection issues. Thank you CNET for allowing me to stop troubleshooting.

With the updates I have seen a lot more wireless stability. My computers and phones do not lose their connection anymore and the transfer rates are back to where I expected.
There are still some bugs when utilizing the user interface. It sometimes hangs up on pages. But it is not as common as it once was.
I have decided to not return this router as it is improving and the remaining problems with the router are minor.
