Pros Cheap and the design is pleasing
Intermittent speed and connectivity using wireless. Devices won't connect for some reason and windows simply gives up.
Summary This is a cisco inspired design and not the old reliable Linksys we used to see. Cisco needs to get their act together as this model is currently a POC!
Pros Its a stylish and very sleek design. Somebody should be given a raise for the visual design Its possibly the nicest looking object on my desk
Cons As a paper weight it lacks the proper heft to keep things pinned down .properly. I may have to open in up and put something heavy in it (lead)
Summary This is possibly the biggest POS I have ever bought. From now on if a product says Linksys on it, I will not buy it. This thing for no apparent reason slows down to speeds equaling the worst dialup connection you can imagine and then looses its connection altogether at a distance of less than 20 feet. It does look good though just a pity they put more emphases on how it looks than how it works. on a scale of 0-10 I rank it a 0 DO NOT BUY!!!
Pros Has nice flashing lights!
Cons Constantly going offline. C O N S T A N T L Y!!!!
Summary Take a claw hammer and smash it OK, I gave it a 1/2 of a star
"Not bad at all"on by Fijianflyguy
Pros It has great range IMO. I can be on my phone outside on wifi, with few drops. Ps3 in living room doesnt drop below 100% signal, neither does desktop or laptop
Cons No usb, so you cant back up data, nor can you set up printer
Summary Good for basic networking for amateurs, step up from their older design. It is a N with a booster!
Pros None that I can think of.
Cons Default settings only allow ONE wireless connection.
Summary Anyone who doesn't know how to change the settings on a router will be stuck hiring someone to set their router to allow more than ONE wireles connection.
