Pros None. This is a terrible product and the tech support is non-existent.
Cons Total garbage. Only works for 5 hours at a time then needs to be rebooted. Bought 2 for my home office both had the same problem.

Summary A few days later, I received an email from Netgear, saying that my "free phone tech service" had expired, but if I wished, I could try to solve my problem with them via email. HAH!
While I admit it is possible I got a "lemon" there is NO excuse for the poor customer service. And for God's sake, could Netgear at least get someone who can speak clear English?!? Half of my time on the phone I was asking the so-called tech guy to repeat what he said, so I could understand him.
In the end, I took the POS Netgear back to Best Buy and they gave me a full credit on a Linksys router. So far, so good with it.
