Pros: Its a wireless router. Big Deal.
Cons: There is only a fist full of hard drives that's compatible. I contacted tech support regarding my external 4TB HD with a power adapter. They pretty much passed the buck to a list of compatible drives. Is this in beta?
Summary: Tech support is horrendous. They want you to pay for support beyond 90 days of ownership, or I can pay a subscription service so that more money can bleed out of my pockets. Is there anyone from the USA providing support? Don't waste your money with Netgear. Product is too expensive for a feature I can't use, and tech support costs are very high. I would have been better off with my old Dlink.
