Pros: operates on b/g/n at 2.4 GHz band or B/G at 2.4 and n at 5 GHz
Setting the unit to operate at 2.4 Ghz only makes it work and support all 802.11 b/g/n sgtandards at the same band.
Clean and simple straight forward configuration layout.

Cons: nothing. I don't need USB. I don't need gigabit speeds. 100MBPS is already a superfast speed for direct ethernet connection. If you use wireless connection and 802.11n your speed is 250MBPS. So for the price I consider no cons exist

Summary: Save lots of bucks and get it fast .
I got a recertified model at tigerdirect.com for $39. Savings will be some dinners.
