Pros: Gigabit LAN ports, Wireless-N standard, Good range

Cons: Two faulty units within a year, Online support is deceptive

Summary: I bought this product over a year ago and within a month, the wireless signal would go out randomly. This would require a hard reset. Support made me troubleshoot endlessly before requiring me to pay for shipping before sending another unit.

The second unit went out completely a few weeks ago (less than a year later). The power light cycled from green to amber while blinking. After being unplugged for a while, the unit would suddenly start working but all the settings would be reset. Then suddenly the unit would cycle from green to amber and reset the settings.

Support's tactic seems to be delay and troubleshooting for up to an hour. I am sick of Netgear and refuse to buy another product from them again. From reading all the horror stories, it sounds like they should have refunded everyone's money and ended producing this product. Horrible experience!
