"All documented features are not enabled, WPA and WDS do not work together."

Pros

Easy to install, economical.

Cons

Can not enable WPA and WDS at the same time, even though its documented in the manual.

Summary

WDS function works fine with no encryption or with WEP encryption, yet, WDS fails to work with WPA enabled. SMC support says that it might be corrected in future firmware updates. Product descriptions and product manual do not match functionality of this device at this time -- VERY MISLEADING --

Overall I am very statisfied with this router. It was the cheapest router I could find with WPA encryption (which is highly recommended over WEP). It also has broadcast disable, MAC filtering and other security features. It has been reliable so far. The set-up, especially figuring out how to enable all the security settings was a little bit of a challenge. If you are buying a wireless router make sure you change the setting to make your system secure!! if you don't know how ask or do some research.
