Pros I like the concept of having a portable high speed wifi hot spot able to connect up to 5 devices. Other than the concept there is nothing I like about this unit.
Cons Dropped connections, slower than a dial up connection, not reliable, poor customer support.
Summary I've had this for about a year and it seems to always shut off, drop the connection, try to renew my ip address or lose connection at random. It is stable for about the first 10 to 20 minutes of use but then it gets a mind of its own and may or may not continue to work. Sprints customer support has been less than helpful leaving me on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. Sometimes it will shut off and the only way I can get it to turn back on is to remove the battery and power source. The battery only lasts about an hour to an hour and a half and if try to plug it in it will still not turn on until the battery has at least a 10% charge. I'll be changing not only equipment but also service providers as soon as my contract is up.
Pros Wireless. Barely Functional in 3G.
Cons S-L-O-W. Crashes constantly. I live in a "high signal" area, Baltimore. Can't be used when cloudy. Worse in D.C. I signed a 2 yr contract, Sprint misrepresented their ability to deliver my Company internet service. Please consider alternatives.
Pros The thought that it would work
Cons Drops signal, drops connection, heats up, bad connection all the time. Going to take it back.
Summary I had problems with it the day I got it. And it only gets worse.

Pros No Wires, Connections up to 5 devices!
Cons Battery life, but I use a desktop at home - therefore i always keep it pluged into the charger. No biggie.
Summary I highly recommend this product. I purchased it from Best Buy 2 months ago, i only spent $1.09 on it. I don't really care for the 4g service since it's still fairly new. As long as i have internet, that's all that matters to me.
Pros I love this products because when it is running, all the household can log on the internnet at the same time, without noticeable loss of speed. We have four computers that log on and download music, browse,
Cons I bought this product on 7-13-10 and on 9-6-10 the battery craps out, the unit burns hot and the battery life is shortened. new battery after wix weeks
Summary Sounds like sprint and ATT are developing so fast that they don't have time to test, and we are the BETA TESTERS. I think really bites when six weeks a product is null and void. Sprint refuses to replace fee of charge, and I am stuck now with spending more money on item, let's see if I have to buy a battery every six weeks over two years, I'll go back to dial up.
