"Try another one"
Pros: attractive price
Cons: mine didnt work at all
Summary: I purchased in the Tigerdirect.com outlet store this router recently because the price and rebate were very attractive. I felt disappointed when I tried to setup the router, first with the install disk and then trying to access its web page via the default ip address (http://192.168.10.1). When you change the router configuration, the most of the times, it freezes up and needed to reset it. I tried to install it with a computer running Windows Vista and then with other one with XP Pro.
Disappointing was the response of the customer service, when I returned the useless router four days after I purchase it: Disregarding the "30 DAY IRON CLAD GUARANTEE" icon of Tigerdirect.com website, they paid my money back with a shortage of a ?10% restocking fee? for returning a defective item!!. Why blame the customer for choose a defective Item? . My fault was to trust Tigerdirect.com.
