"Had to return it"
Pros: Tech support was easy access
Cons: Unable to make function
Summary: The day I purchased this I spent 3 hours trying to make it work, along with 2 separate calls to tech support before they escalated this to a higher level technician. At first I was told my network adapter was faulty, although I could talk to the router just fine, and if I bypassed the router could talk to the broadband modem just fine. Additionally I had another computer that seemed to work OK. The next day I spent another 2 hours trying to get it to work and a call with a higher level technician, who threw up his hands and only suggested I re-install my TCP/IP protocol. I decided not to do that since I didn't think that was the issue. Eventually the other computer quit working on the network also, so I went and bought a Linksys WRT31ON, plugged it in and it worked first time with no tweaking of any settings. I returned my TRENDnet TEW-633GR and will stick with Linksys. Maybe the router didn't deserve this low of rating, but the product should work out of the box with little headache and I have an example of a competitor product that was able to.
