"Down more than up"
Pros: So many problems no good comments
Cons: Doesn't work in next room.
Summary: I have had nothing but problems. It works for a couple of hours and then goes down. Forget trying to talk to someone at Dell. Transferred seven times in 45 minutes, then disconnected. Finally contacted by email. They sent a replacement of the same model that had been discontinued because of problems.
