Cons: The list is too long to fit into this space
Summary: Get rid of this product or no one will but Verison again. It cannot handle 2 com[uters and a printer. It is slower than my very first dialup. We have complained to best buy and gotten an update and it is no better. It is an extremely defective, expensive product with false advertizing. I want my money back for all the months I have been stuck with this piece of jun It is supposed to handle 5 devices.
