  • "Faulty product and terrible service by Verizon"
    0.5 stars
    on by penguin3332

Pros: Nothing - except the size

Cons: Unit will not deliver Wi Fi signal. Extremely difficult setup protocol.
    No service from Verizon carrier.

Summary: Terrible product with glaring defects.
Internet forums are filled with complaints about Fivespot connectivity (and setup problems).
If you work at it long enough you can get it to connect, but then no Wi Fi signal is generated.
Verizon will give you the run-around until your warranty expires (30 - 60 days) - then you are stuck with a worthless device (and charges for the data plan). If you want to spend several weeks chasing an obvious bug and getting no service from Verizon, then this product will make a challenging hobby.
Should you happen to buy a FiveSpot, GOOD LUCK - you are going to need it.
