Pros: speed ok. and works fairly when connected.

Cons: WiFi security does not work with Xp. Seems to connect ok with netbooks and tablets and Ipads. Used to connect to XP ok, but not anymore. No one can tell me why. WiFi security does not work properly.

Summary: Verizon does not seem interested in keeping happy customers after spending all the money on advertising to attract them. Had to implement hardware firewall with unsecure access to get all computers connected securely. Been to the store several times and appear to only be interested in phones.
