"I guess you have to be a tech"
Pros: Not Available
Cons: Not Available
Summary: As a consultant I have set up around 10 to 15 of these for client sites as I have been picking them up for screaming deals as refurb products. I have not had a single defective unit, and none have failed during firmware updates.
The versions I have used were mostly v2 and v3 products, though I setup another v4 model today. All have been flashed immediately (manually, not automated to firmware versions released in the last half of 2005) and subsequently reset and configured.
I have run across two sites (both residential) where people had interference issues, but in one case a v3 router solved the issue (severely congested area) and in the other case two Linksys products had severe issues as well. On the other hand, I have also used them in congested areas to replace routers such as a Dlink DI-524 which could not be configured to function reliably.
I think this is a great product and they have worked spectacularly for me and my clients, but I do a more advanced setup than the average user including scanning the area for busy channels (using my WG511T) and configuring the router appropriately to avoid channel traffic. From the looks of other reviews these may not be the best plug and go products for non-technical users.

Does this model allow me to set up so that my printer is wireless? And how would I do that?
