    "Good product, fantastic online help"

    Pros: Fantastic online help

    Cons: Doesn't always reconnect automatically

    Summary: Bought this recently. Experienced some problems setting up, which I understand is common for most routers from what I read before I bought it. However I was extremely pleased with the customer service - (1) the web site has a tool that will automatically set up the router for you (2) if you have further problems the web site has an excellent online chat support facility.
