XCom Global MiFi Hotspot

Pros: Great product, gives you connectivity overseas at a high price.

Cons: If you need tech support, forget it, they will respond days later when you are done with your trip. Watch your credit card bill, these guys will try to ding you with bogus charges.

Summary: Half way through my 8 day euro trip, my Xcom Global MiFi stopped working. After being on the phone with tech support (because they will not respond to emails) they stated that they would have to refresh my sim card. Three days later, my unit starts working.

I asked for a service credit in which they agreed; however, I have yet to see this on my card a month later; however, they did charge me a bogus late fee for not returning the device on time which was a load of baloney.
