Summary: So their 24/7 live technical support is, at least in my experience, a blatant untruth. Their recording said they would get back to me, but they didn't. So I was stuck overseas with no connection, and no support. When I emailed them they offered to refund my money when they get the device back, but they did not respond to my query about the non-existent support.
