Pros If you like to throw away money this is the product for you!

Summary I have been having a very frustrating experience with Zoom's x7n modem. My modem would not stay on (I believe the problem was the terminal connecting to the power supply). Any type of quality control would have caught this.
Zoom's customer service was abominable. Not that their people were not always polite and courteous, but there were slow response times (one time an entire week for a response to an email), misinformation, ignored phone messages. And now after finally getting the replacement product I still am going to get hosed for the shipping of Zoom's defect back to them!

But there's more. The replacement modem seemed to have an intermittent problem, and needed to be reset about once a week. I wasn't sure this was really a modem defect so I did not act on it. However, about 6 weeks after I got my replacement it stopped working completely. I'm thinking those clever people at Zoom sent a "refurbished" product instead of a new one. Don't know that for sure, all I know is I'm getting jacked by Zoom. Never again. My best advice is do not buy a Zoom product. If you have problems with it, you will be sorry!
