    Pros Nothing at all

Cons You can't use this product without dealing with XM and believe me when I tell you that I don't want to do that!

Summary I started with XM for a promotional rate of $77 per year. When I went to renew the rate was doubled to $142 per year. This was after they lost my account info and had me on hold for twenty five minutes. I refused to pay such a ridiculous increase and told XM to cancel my service. Then I got a bill for $36 for two weeks -during which time I didn't have access to the service. XM refused to dismiss the $36 but said they'd accept $18 to make the bill go away. They claimed the service wasn't really cancelled because I didn't talk to cancellations though they admitted the account was closed. Essentially, XM exhorted money from me and I paid the $18 to keep the bill from afftecting my credit report. I believe XM to be one of the most unethical cpmpanies I have ever dealt with and would recommend you avid this product because you can't use it without dealing with them.
