Pros: You get a car, house, boat, and walkalong radio all in one unit.
Cons: Can't receive XM signal unless you are plugged in.

Pros: Very solid units. Priced right now at under 100 bucks.
Cons: It is not like an iPod - you really can't wear it around - if you walk under trees you lose signal. I use the memory feature to record shows for times when I am in a satelite-free zone, like a plane.
