"I never thought satellite radio would be worth it, I was wrong." on by Melysintat

Pros: Excellent sound, great stations, great features, easy to use.

Cons: Even though it has an FM modulator built in the quality of sound is poor for cars without the special $50 adapter for a direct connection if you don't have a tape player to plug into.

Summary: It's amazing the difference in satellite and regular radio. Prior to purchasing I tried the free 3 day online trials of both XM and Sirius, and found I liked the XM stations much better. I love the uncensored and commercial free radio, and the choices it has. The sound is excellent, and I've also bought the home kit for home use with my stereo. It's easy to move, easy to connect, and easy to use. Whatever the style of music, talk radio, news, comedy, etc., that you love, you'll find it here. And this receiver does everything it says it can with a clear and easily readable display. The car antenna is barely noticable on top of my car, and even the house one doesn't have a direct southern view and still has excellent reception.
