    "Great scanner bad software"

    Pros: This scanner worked find for me and was really great.

    Cons: After about 10 months and updting some with some Microsoft patches the Twain and Smart Panel stopped working. Thus I was not able to use the scanner. Epson Tech on-line help responded the next day and continued to do so. Finally they suggested I do a r
