Pros: NONE. Could not get to work and no support from vendor
Cons: Microsoft strongly recommends that the software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of my system and to stop installation and contact the hardware vendor. Customer support could never resolve my problem. Will never deal with Iris again.

Pros: none couldn't get past the product serial number registration, sent emails to support to no response, tried calling, looked through website and product documentation to no avail, save your money, and your time from IRIScan...........
Cons: Purchased product, couldn't get past the product serial number registration, sent emails to support to no response, tried calling, looked through website and product documentation to no avail, save your money, and your time from IRIScan...........
Summary: Couldn't get product up and running after time consuming install, couldn't
reach anyone for assistance or support via phone or email......also very poor user manual and instructions, this minus well have been written in a different language...
