"Expensive,Undependable bad tech support"
Pros: Large scan area (11"x17"), has alot of image and color correction features.
Cons: TERRIBLE tech support. Even under warranty, you have to send the unit back to Microtek for service in California AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, (costs $70 priority mail from NY) and it takes longer time than they claim to process your unit. It is NOT compatible wit
