Pros: Hardware is probably quite good
Cons: You'll be lucky if you ever find out
Summary: To begin with, the first unit was was DOA out of the box. The replacement has never worked properly despite multiple reloads/upgrades/conversations with tech support. Pros: Scans quality images, TWAIN compat, USB, simple and advanced interface available
Cons: Hmmm... the rubber feet on the bottom fell off
