"True paperless office!"
Pros: I never have to make photocopies of my customers' information or take them with me to be copied and returned later, i just scan the documents into my docupen's memory and upload them to my computer, how simpler can it get? And the beauty is you don't need
Cons: I did not need support so i cannot comment on their support, but i wish it came with blue tooth option. sometimes i leave my USB cable home, but i bought a second one so no more trouble.
