Useful, but it's a pain
Pros: Scans right to PDF, feeds multi-page documents

Review: I love being able to feed multiple pages of a document through this thing and having it spit out a single PDF file. That said, here is my list of complaints:
1. Sometimes feeds multiple pages at once.
2. Sometimes feeds pages crooked.
3. Bad support for Window Vista. Downloaded a useless patch after I first bought the scanner; waited maybe 6 months for a marginally better one (still has problems - Vista's User Access Control hates the software but lets me run it anyway if I manually authorize it).
4. Sometimes I have to turn it off and then on again to get my computer to "see" it and let me use it.
5. I usually have to hit the "Scan to PDF" button more than once to get the scanner to wake up and scan my friggin' document already.
