"GREAT FLATBED BUT DON'T CON'T ON ADF!"
Pros: Flatbed scanner works fine.
Cons: ADF jams fequently and customer service is very poor.

"Save your money. Don't waste your time."
Pros: Excellent PDF and JPG imaging. Fast, single sheet scanning. Great price, if it worked! The Automatic Document Feeder would be great, but it didn't work even once. Reliability? How should I know; after two days of frustration, I'm sending it back.
Cons: After installing, you must remove the drivers, then download and install drivers for Win XP because they are not bundled with the software. After doing so, every trime I tried to run PaperPort, I received an error message, "PaperPort will now close." Sc

"It had good day and bad days."
Pros: It is great for large stacks of documents on a good day. Some days the ADF eats everything...some days I have no problems. For the most part, the only good thing about this scanner is the ADF. That's why I bought it. I love the ADF when it works.
Cons: Quality of pictures are horrible. Very faded. I have a crappy horrible Canon scanner that takes 10 minutes to scan one picture and the quality is better than the Visioneer. (and let me tell you...the canon has horrible quality) I would only recommend th
