"flawed, but imminently usable" on
Pros: After a bit over a month's use, here are my conclusions: 1. Portability. Take your scanner with your laptop anywhere--you won't believe how often you'll be able to use it. 2. scan quality (it ain't a flat-bed, but it works pretty darn well for general us

"a bad product on the whole" on
Summary: The scanner is a step back from the earlier models. Get a used Strobe Pro instead if you can or another brand altogether. Bad support and bad support attitude.
