Cons Omnipage tech support is clueless, unable to help, has a scratchy phone connection and two of the three techs I spoke with did not speak English well. After 2 hrs total of support time, all 3 techs had me do the same thing over and over.
Summary The product may be good if you have no troubles and no need for any sort of support. Woe be unto you if things don't work perfectly right out of the box. Despite the fact that all the notes from a trouble ticket are entered into the system, the techs never read them and proceed to have you repeat every (failed) step again. Promises to escalate the issue to someone with a clue are never followed up on.
