Quite good.
Pros: keeps hard drives defragmented without you needing to manualy do it, I-FAAST rearanges files on your hard drive so the most commonly accessed files are placed on the fastest parts, Fragsheild keeps your MFT from getting fragmented
Cons: constant hard drive activity might decrease hard drive life span?

Microsoft should definately take some notes for Windows 7 from this program. defrags in the background without a noticeable performance hit, and you don't need to manually defrag. its great.
