on by narn3049Pros i got this pocket pc in a lot of phones and pdas from a buddy- I was initially not going to use this- but found myself getting a charger and using the device.
Cons The battery life when using WIFI, touch keypad
Summary I really actually love this device, works well. I have owned Palm PDAs, A zire 71, M515, M505, TUNGSTEN C./T, and Treo 600, 650, 700p, 700W, 700WX, and Palm 3III so I think I know my Palm and windows platform very well. This is a little different as it is geared as more of a pda- and it actually works quite well for that. I don't honestly have tons of complaints, I've had a few on Palm (AND I ACTUALLY really love Palm and use their devices, and I cannot say that Palm is perfect, and neither is this. I'd probably prefer palm as that has been what I have been the most used to and used since 1998.
Windows Pocket PC was basically 2003-2007 solution to a laptop- which has been replaced by tablets. It works well- but I find myself fumbling with this very much cramped touch keypad. Why on earth did Windows/HP add this to the ok device and not a QWERTY like the Tungsten C. I only think that those two were my two main issues. I would actually strongly recommend both devices. -

Cons Wont let me in
Summary when i turn it on it asks me to align my screen... i can go thru the steps for 2 hours... but it wont align it!! I tried to hard and soft reset it.. i tried to leave it with the battery out for 2 mths and then i put the battery back in and charged it...still did the same thing...if you know how to fix it email me at spartansrule1@comcast.net thanks

onPros I bought 2 of the Hp5455 and it was great. On one of them I had a problem with the WiFi but one call to tech support they helped me throught the whole thing. No complains about the battery, tech support told me to do a ROM update, did it and now the batte
Cons When I spend 600 bux for something I expect it to work with a glitch. I did have to call the tech support twice but they did get me through the problems.

onPros Great screen, great programs, blue tooth, wifi all in one package
Cons Buggy software that constantly runs out of resources and require soft or hard reboot. Plan to backup your files frequently and learn the procedures for reset real well.
