Manufacturer description

You are out and about - enjoying some time on your own. You put on your favorite stereo headset, turn on the music and pump up the volume. It drowns out everything, as you get into the rhythm. You can't help grooving to the music, forgetting everything around you. Meanwhile your friends are trying to reach you on the phone. But how can they get through? With the Jabra BT320s there is no need to turn down the volume on your favorite tunes so you can listen out for the phone. This Bluetooth stereo headset automatically switches from music to phone mode whenever a call comes in. That way you're always free to crank up the sounds, yet stay in touch. The Jabra BT320s is a leading edge, wireless high-performance Bluetooth stereo headset. jabra bt320s feedback

Pros: nice design, sturdy compostion, good audio quality, good reception (line of sight)

Cons: battery life is just about average, not really something you'd be excited about.

Review: Overall, i am satisfied using this product. I bought this product because i want to pair it w/ my jabra a120s (attached to my non-bluetooth mp3 player)to enjoy a wireless stereo streaming and avoid the clutter of wired mp3's. I love the idea of being able to tuck my mp3 player in my messenger bag while walking down the street or taking the subway without the hassle of the wire that i really find bothersome, and this solves the problem. The drawback though is that once in a while the streaming signal gets cut off for 3 seconds if there's no line of sight between this product and the jabra a120s transmitter like when my bag is on my back side

great for mp3 player phones

Pros: 3.5mm jack, separated controls, built in mic

Cons: battery life could be better

Review: this is a great bluetooth headset for anyone who listens to mp3s on their phone. the versatility of plugging any 3.5mm standard headset into it is a huge plus. the sound is solid and the clarity is also pretty good. it is also good to be able to control the mp3 function of your phone without even touching it because you can control all of the functions from the headset itself.

definitely a worthy headset for any music phone owner.

I don't actually have them myself, but I find they don't give you the full wireless experience.

Pros: I like how the reciever (Bluetooth unit) unit clips on, Water Resistant.

Cons: The don't give you the full wireless headphone experience.

Review: They look pretty cool and they are water resistant but I find that the earphones themselves are corded and to me that is not a true wireless headphone experience, I recommend going for a set of so-called street-style neckband headphones instead. I have a pair of Helium Digital HDBT-750 Bluetooth headphones, which are of that type of style, and which come with an A2DP transmitter which allows me to use the headset with my MP3 player, TV, or gaming console, as well as pair them with my cellphone to handle phone calls.

Not all that bad!

Pros: Good sound for music, mic clarity is good, and its inexpensive.

Cons: Headphones need to wrap around your neck.

Review: Overall for the price, my Jabra BT320s Bluetooth headset had delivered reliable clarity, above average stereo sound, but spotty hands free reliability for over one year now. After a recent firmware upgrade the performance has increased significantly for this device. The little connectivity glitches have seemed to disappear. Be aware that the nonstandard USB cable for that firmware upgrade must be requested through Jabra's customer service, which is very impressive and professional.

All in all, I am very happy with my BT320s. I especially like the wife and mother-in-law noise cancelling feature, otherwise known as volume.

Good concept; fair design.

Pros: Freedom from wires; light weight

Cons: Turns on easily=low battery life

Review: Concept was good and I haven't experienced the problems other have in that I get reasonable sound quality with only an occasional drop out (it is a bluetooth device, afterall). My problem is that the 'on' switch is easily depressed so if you have it in a bag/backpack or pocket it will turn on. Two things happen: 1) the battery runs down, 2) if your bluetooth is on for your phone it connects...but you don't know this when you go to use your phone! No wonder people couldn't hear me, LOL.

Hopefully the next generation will be better but for now I'd wait.

Very Bad Jabra BT320s

Pros: Nothing - but supports external head phones

Cons: Everthing - No FM, No Quality of Sound, No good connectivity, Mic is placed in the wrong place, Poor Battery

Review: Probably the wrost bluetooth stereo headphone one can ever think. I had purchased this (Jabra BT320s)instrument from Singapore for my O2 XDA Stealth. I brought this device from the shop after getting confirmed from the shop keeper that this device will work with my phone and he demonstrated the headphones with my mobile.

But my fate soon after returning to my home, I found that the audio quality is of very bad and the connection drops very frequently (20 times for 1 song). You know what I mean here, this is steareo head phone basically people buy for listening to music, and this is the state of it.

Second issue, even if the song plays good in your mobile the same song speeds up while you hear it through this device and slows down to an extent where Britney can sing a song with male voice :) (credits to Jabra BT320s). I my day was made very bad due to the purchase of Jabra 320s. I called the support center immd. And informed them of this issue. They asked me to bring the mobile and Jabra BT320s to the support center in the next day.

The support engineer upgraded my firmware of the Jabra and told me that this will fix the issue, but for my bad luck the issues were not solved. The he replaced the device with an other one and the issue didn't resolved. Finally the support engineer directed his problem to my O2 XDA Stealth and told me that I have software clash that is what causing the issue. I humbly accepted is complain and removed all my softwares and soft reset then hard reset also has been done. But still the problem did not solve. So I returned to the shop keeper who sold it to me asking for a solution and now he is telling me that he can take it back.

I have called the main support center number and couldn't speak to them. Today I left a voice message and left a contact message through their website support page.

Jabra BT320s is a Bluetooth device one should never think of... Let me see their support in solving my problem, if they fail then the company will be block listed too from my self interest.
