    "Unable to upgrade from home if home already has SP2"

    Pros: If home has SP1 GREAT!

    Cons: If home has SP2 -- DONT buy it

    Summary: You cannot take back the box once you open it, but inside the box it says you must remove SP2 before upgrading.

    -- But what if your new computer already CAME with SP2 and you CANT remove it? --

    Sorry, you cant return the box, you opened it..
