Worst install ever!! I purchased two installs directly from the online store. First install on my W2K machine went OK, the program really slows down boot-up of your machine, no matter what. Second install, on an XP Home machine just didn't. Tried about a dozen times to install and got the same problem - my subscription has a duration of -1 days. Tried several times the online chat tech support system. Sorry, but there's still a language problem here. I finally had them send out a CD version under the mistaken impression that maybe there was a glitch in the electronic version. Guess what, SAME PROBLEM!!!! I would very strongly suggest that you go somewhere else for a firewall program or rely on Microsoft's firewall -- at least it works!!!
