Pros: Never had a problem with it.
Cons: No complaints.

I love this DSL modem. I've had it for almost 3 1/2 years now and have never had a problem with it. I thought it was pretty hands on. Even when I've rebooted my DeskTop back to factory settings and not put the SBC Yahoo DSL cd in. Then I just go ahead and use my IE to log search the web and check my emails. I've been very pleased with the service I've gotten. I don't know about using wireless now. After reading a few of those submissions with the issues that have been going on I think I'm going to stick with having my DeskTop hooked up to the modem and wall via wires.
