This thing is great! I was expecting a 2 hour setup... nope, try 10 minute! The only thing I don't like is the AVpe. It stinks! Otherwise it rocks! Buy it from Amazon.com!

Pros: Cheap, nothing mch more ( I am a Symantec shareholder)
Cons: Hangs, Lacks critical features and bad support

I am very dissapointed with this product. We bought it for one of our offices and have had severe problems with it.
1. The product hangs. Yes once or twice every week it just starts blocking all traffic (inbound and outbound). Yoiu cannot login as an admin to see what is happening. ALL VPN connections are disconnected. You just have to restart it.
2. The port forwarding capabilities are limted.
3. The user-interface for port-forwarding is confusing and in some cases counter-intutive.
4. The product is suppose to carry a 1-year warranty but if you call Symantec, they will claim it is a 45 day warranty. Only when we got our firm's legal department to write a letter that we got them to agree to speak to us. Even then they did not want to replace it. They tried to sell us a Platinum support package and when we did not agree they suggested we reinstall the firmware. We did reinstall the firmware and it still continues to hang the same way.
