No Pros, do not reccomend any business with IOLO. They owe me Money and will not refund.

Cons

Used version 6 several years. Ordered DIRECT from email solicitation. After approx 45 days and one promise from customer 'non-service', I have no CD and no refund. Today I filed complaint with Texas Attorney Genral's Office.

Summary

$40 gone, trial download failed, and they seem not care about their CUSTOMER. It would seem they also have no concern for their reputation. My system runs better without the software.

Pros

installed SM on my pc and it just does not work, keeps crashing and no support. Do NOT buy this product!!!!!

Pros

Good product for overall health watching of your PC or laptop. Does not appear to provide a heavy CPU load on the laptop as some other programs do.

Cons

You need an internet connection at ALL times just to get the program to load. When this was reported to Iolo support, I was pointed to their knowledge base which did confirm that requirement; this is true for the anti-virus and firewall just to load.
