Pros: There were none.
Cons: Does NOT protect at all against anything
Summary: Customer service is terrible. Wait time on the phone or online is thirty minutes minimum. The reps are NOT knowledgeable. My computer was destroyed by all the threats Trend let through. Only after did I remove the program and get Norton did it start working again. Now I'm struggling to get a refund from them. Don't waste your money because you will just have to go buy another protection package somewhere else!
