I hope it's working!
Pros: very easy install of course I don't have a wifi signal strength program or dbi gain program to give accurate readings but, I did notice my internet connection seems more stable and faster. No change in the microsofts wifi signal meter still says low to g
Cons: Should come with a program that diagnoses critical signal reading and dbi gain before and after. This would be great because this is an expensive product ($80) to drop in your home network if you can't tell the difference at least you have a progam that

Works very well!!
Pros: I can now get a signal 100% of the time where it was once sporadic. Saved a fortune in hard wiring costs.
Cons: None, actually works as advertised.
