Cons Horrendous support that is expensive and very time consuming. There is no manual in the box or even online. Online help is useless, forcing you to buy their $20 per incident help.
Summary 1) the website offers NO help 2) I can't believe there is not even a set of directions on how to use the product in the box or online 3) this forces you to buy their $20 support per incident 4) I had to repeat myself 6 times for the first help desk contact to understand a very simple questions 5) I was told a technician would call me within 30 minutes. I received a call the NEXT DAY more than 14 hours after the original time quote 6) when I did call after paying my $20, I was on hold for 18 minutes.
