"Great product, awful support"
Pros: Powerful, stays behind-the-scenes, don't have to worry about it
Cons: Non-existant support department - if you have trouble, you're on your own. ZERO replies to email, ZERO replies to phone messages, and no one EVER picked up the phone on the support line.
