    "a link would be useful"

    Pros: sounds useful, I like being safe

    Cons: no link, too lazy to search

    Summary: A link to the extension you are talking about might be a useful (and obvious) thing to include.

    Rec'd Cnet newsletter--clicked on very apparent "links" ("more"-"free download") had Firekeeper
    extension installed in less than 3 minutes.
