CNET Editors' rating explained for Opera 8

On August 26, CNET launched a substantial redesign of its Web sites. As part of the changes, we've altered the rating system to include numerals (1 through 10 with decimals) and a five-star system, with half stars. Opera's technical support comes mostly from its active forum community. In addition to many tutorials available on the Opera Software Web site, technical support is limited to an online knowledge base. We found the entries informative and helpful. There is e-mail technical support from the company but no phone technical support. If you try calling the company directly, it can be expensive since Opera is based in Oslo, Norway.
